1. Who we are
Vspindle provides an agent intelligence platform. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you visit the site, create an account, or use a workspace.

2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in if you choose it), organization membership, and role inside a workspace.
Onboarding preferences: optional answers such as role, intended use, collaboration style, company size, and agent footprint. These personalize the product. They are not used for authorization.
Legal acceptance: version and timestamp when you accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Workspace content you submit: agent profiles, documents, evidence, connection metadata, and analysis results belonging to your organization.
Usage and security logs: sign-in events, high-risk actions, and technical diagnostics needed to operate a multi-tenant service.
3. How we use data
We use data to authenticate you, isolate tenants, provide the control plane, improve reliability and security, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations.
We apply context minimization before model calls where the product gateway is used: known credentials and obvious contact identifiers are redacted and context is bounded. That is a baseline safeguard, not a complete PII or residency program.
4. Sharing
We share data with subprocessors required to run the product (for example hosting, authentication, and payment providers) under contract. We do not sell personal data.
If you connect a third-party provider, that provider's terms and privacy policy also apply to data you authorize us to retrieve.
5. Retention
Account and workspace data are retained while the organization is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for security, billing, and legal holds. You may request deletion of your account through support, subject to organization-owner controls.
6. Your choices
You may access or update profile details in the product, decline optional onboarding questions, and disconnect integrations. Where a data-protection law grants further rights, contact privacy@vspindle.ai.
7. Security
We use encrypted transport, server-side secret storage, and organization-scoped authorization. No method is perfect. Report suspected incidents promptly through support.
8. Changes
The current Privacy Policy version is 2026-09-07. We will post updates on this page and, when required, request a new acknowledgement in the product.
